DEAR EVERYONE,
Since I will be calling home on sunday I dont have a lot to report this week. My new Companion is ELDER ANDERSEN. and he is the man. We're already getting along super great. I thinl this transfer is going to be awesome. We taught Gospel Doctrine this week again and one of the members commented on how well we taught in unity which I thought was awesome especially because we had almost zero prep time!
This Christmas will be the best Christmas. EVER. We have plans to go and visit the Desormeauxs and then just a whole line of people who will be spending christmas mostly alone that day. I look so forward to it. I've been studying the Christmas story in the Bible and Book of Mormon all month and Im very much looking forward to sharing it This saturday and sunday!!
We had a BUNCH of Less active Members show up to sacrament meeting yesterday for the first time in like a year. That was an awesome miracle. One particularly, Rico, The branch had been hoping and praying about for months. It was an amazing miracle.
Lately, I've felt an amazing spirit with me. It lifts me every moment of the day. Im no longer tired. I don't even seem to care about eating as much anymore. (I'm still doing it though, don't worry mom.) Food seems so tasteless compared to the feelings I experience while teaching. At dinner appointments I care MUCH more about our message than I do about what we're eating. My studies are more enthralling than I think they've ever been in my life. Im driven to be exact in everything. I feel more and more FREE with every law I obey. Talking to people never seemed so easy. A mission never seemed so fruitful and rewarding.
The branch has sisters serving it now as of this transfer. Getting them integrated into the system has been fun. It just seems like this branch is more and more on fire!
For pictures this week I have but only this blurry photo of my face and companion in the back putting his shoes on in our messy apartment. And me with our awesome christmas tree and christmas tree ornament.
MERRY CHRISTMAS to one and all!!!!
