I hope Caden is doing well. I have a companion who went through boot camp. and a close friend from college who is serving in the marines right now. Basic Training is tough. They put your body through just about everything. My advice to him would be to Hold close to the Holy Ghost because army life can be a little vulgar. But we are promised that because we have the gift of the Holy ghost that even in the most hostile venues we will have access to that comfort and direction. (Elder Christoffersen Said that in effect.) Make that influence your best friend. In the Army it might be all you have.
Wow. I was wondering when Zach would be back in town. I owe that man a handshake. Tell him that I love him. I've got to write Connor an email too before he gets back in MN.
I'm gonna miss our absurdly huge ward in Lakeville!!! I hope we don't get split up too small!!!
It's cool to hear that Ivie is reading her journals. haha Alma 28:8 is a verse to me that describes the importance of journal keeping. Because after all the Book Of Mormon is in effect just a collection of ancient journals that have changed peoples lives all over the world. I believe the records that we keep can have something of the same effect if we keep them well.
Love to everyone. This has been a really groundbreaking week for me. I have learned quite a bit in the last 7 days. It feels as though God has given me a huge scoot forward. I'm grateful for what I've learned and what I've become. The atonement of Jesus Christ has changed me. In a way that only those who have experienced this same power can understand. I love my savior. I will always be seeking his will. It's the only option I (and really all of us) have ever had. Do or die.
Love all of you! I'll talk again next week! The work is going well and we are seeing incredible incredible miracles. I wish there was room enough for me to write all of them to you. The biggest of them it feels have been within my own self.

- Jacob 6:66 Yea, today, if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts; for why will ye die?
